Indulge in Crispy Burrata Arancini on a Flavorful Pesto Cloud

A delightful fusion of Italian flavors, these crispy arancini are filled with creamy burrata and served on a bed of vibrant pesto.

Ingredients

  • 2 cupscooked risotto
  • 1ball burrata cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cupall-purpose flour
  • 2eggs, beaten
  • 2 cupsbreadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • 1 cupbasil pesto

Instructions

  1. Shape the cooked risotto into small balls, placing a piece of burrata in the center of each.
  2. Coat each ball in flour, dip into beaten eggs, then roll in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the arancini until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  4. Serve the arancini on a spoonful of fresh basil pesto.
