1sheet of puff pastry, thawed
2ripe peaches, sliced
8 ozburrata cheese
2 tablespoonsbalsamic glaze
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven, layer with peach slices and burrata cheese. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
