  • 1sheet of puff pastry, thawed
  • 2ripe peaches, sliced
  • 8 ozburrata cheese
  • 2 tablespoonsbalsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Remove from oven, layer with peach slices and burrata cheese. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
