A decadent puff pastry wrapped around creamy brie and topped with ruby red cranberry sauce, perfect for holiday gatherings.

  • 1sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 ozwheel of brie cheese
  • 1/2 cupcranberry sauce
  • 1egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsphoney
  • 1/4 cupchopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  2. Place brie in center of pastry. Top with cranberry sauce, honey, and pecans.
  3. Fold pastry over brie, sealing edges. Brush with beaten egg. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
