Swicy Caramelized Endive with Whipped Burrata Recipe

A sweet and spicy caramelized endive dish topped with creamy whipped burrata for a perfect balance of flavors.

  • 4heads of endive, halved lengthwise
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 2 tbsphoney
  • 1 tspred pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper
  • 8 ozburrata cheese
  • 1 tbspfresh thyme leaves
  • 1/2lemon, juiced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange endive halves cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  2. Drizzle endive with olive oil, honey, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Roast for 25-30 minutes until caramelized.
  3. While endive roasts, whip burrata in a bowl with lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
  4. Plate caramelized endive and top with whipped burrata. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves before serving.
