Swicy Caramelized Feta with Pistachio & Pomegranate Delight

Sweet heat meets salty cream in one dazzling bite.

Ingredients

  • 8 ozblock of feta cheese
  • 2 tbsphoney
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 1/2 tspred pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cupshelled pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cuppomegranate seeds
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the feta block on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and honey, then sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the feta is soft and caramelized on top.
  4. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Top with chopped pistachios, pomegranate seeds, and fresh mint leaves.
  5. Serve warm with crackers or crusty bread.
