A bubbling, creamy corn dip with a lime-chili kick.

4 cupsfresh corn kernels (about4ears)
1/2 cupcrumbled feta cheese
1/4 cupmayonnaise
1/4 cupsour cream
1lime, juiced and zested
1 tspchili powder
1/2 tspsmoked paprika
1/4 tspcayenne pepper
2cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cupchopped cilantro
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix together corn, feta, mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, lime zest, chili powder, smoked paprika, cayenne, garlic, and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
Garnish with extra cilantro and lime wedges before serving with tortilla chips or crusty bread.
