A rustic ring of flaky pastry meets creamy burrata bliss, topped with sweet figs and crunchy pistachios.

1sheet puff pastry, thawed
8 ozburrata cheese
1/2 cupfresh figs, sliced
1/4 cupshelled pistachios, chopped
2 tbsphoney
1 tbspolive oil
1 tspfresh thyme leaves
1egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out puff pastry into a large circle on the prepared baking sheet. Use a small bowl to lightly indent a circle in the center, leaving a 3-inch border.
Arrange burrata in the center indentation. Top with figs and pistachios. Drizzle with honey and olive oil, then sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper.
Fold the outer edges of the pastry over the filling, pleating as needed to form a wreath shape. Brush the pastry with egg wash.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
