  • 1ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cuppistachios
  • 2 cupsfresh basil leaves
  • 2cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cupgrated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cupextra virgin olive oil
  • Juice of1lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoonsspicy chili crisp or chili oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a food processor, blend together avocado, pistachios, basil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, and lemon juice until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
