A luscious, no-bake dessert featuring layers of graham crackers, creamy vanilla pudding, and rich chocolate ganache.

Ingredients

2 cupscold milk
1package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cupheavy whipping cream
1/4 cuppowdered sugar
1 tspvanilla extract
12whole graham crackers
1 cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cupheavy cream (for ganache)
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together cold milk and vanilla pudding mix until thickened. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
In another bowl, whip 1 cup heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Fold into pudding mixture.
In a 9×13 dish, layer graham crackers, half the pudding mixture, another layer of graham crackers, then remaining pudding. Top with final graham cracker layer.
For ganache: Heat 1/2 cup heavy cream until simmering, pour over chocolate chips, let sit 2 minutes, then stir until smooth. Spread over top layer of graham crackers.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
