Savor Avocado & Feta Crostini with a Spicy Hot Honey Twist

A delightful appetizer featuring creamy avocado, tangy feta, and a spicy-sweet drizzle atop crispy crostini.

  • 1baguette, sliced into1/2-inch rounds
  • 2ripe avocados, pitted and mashed
  • 1/2 cupcrumbled feta cheese
  • 3 tablespoonshoney
  • 1 teaspoonred pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. In a bowl, combine the mashed avocados with the crumbled feta cheese until smooth.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat the honey and red pepper flakes over low heat for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Spread the avocado and feta mixture onto each toasted baguette slice.
  5. Drizzle the hot honey over each crostini just before serving.
