Swicy Candied Cherry Tomatoes on Whipped Feta Recipe

Sweet and spicy candied cherry tomatoes served over creamy whipped feta for a perfect balance of flavors.

  • 1 pintcherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsphoney
  • 1 tbspchili flakes
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 8 ozfeta cheese
  • 1/4 cupheavy cream
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 1clove garlic (minced)
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Toss cherry tomatoes with honey, chili flakes, and salt. Roast for 20-25 minutes until tomatoes burst and caramelize.
  2. In a food processor, blend feta, heavy cream, olive oil, and minced garlic until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spread whipped feta on a serving plate and top with candied cherry tomatoes.
  4. Garnish with fresh basil and serve with crusty bread or crackers.
