  • 1/4 cuptahini
  • 2cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of1lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange zucchini slices on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes.
