1sheet puff pastry, thawed
1 cupcrumbled feta cheese
1/4 cupcream cheese, softened
2ripe peaches, thinly sliced
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut into 3-inch squares. Place the squares on the prepared baking sheet.
In a bowl, whip the feta cheese and cream cheese together until smooth. Spread a tablespoon of the whipped mixture onto each pastry square and top with peach slices. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
