Irresistible Creamy Shrimp Linguine Recipe for a Flavorful Feast

  • 12 ozlinguine
  • 1lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cupheavy cream
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 3cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cupchicken broth
  • 1/2 cupgrated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbspchopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream; bring to a simmer. Return shrimp to the skillet and stir in Parmesan cheese, seasoning with salt and pepper. Toss in linguine and cook until sauce is slightly thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
