1/2 cupgrated Parmesan cheese
2eggs, beaten

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Dip zucchini slices in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
