4boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoonsolive oil
Juice of2limes
1 teaspoonchili powder
1/2 teaspoongarlic powder
1 teaspoonsalt
1ripe avocado
1/2 cupcherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cupchopped cilantro
1/4 teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt. Marinate the chicken breasts in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
In a separate bowl, combine diced avocado, cherry tomatoes, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and black pepper to make the salsa. Top grilled chicken with the salsa before serving.
