4chicken cutlets
2 cupscherry tomatoes, halved
8 ozburrata cheese
1/4 cupfresh basil leaves
2 tablespoonsolive oil
Instructions
Season chicken cutlets with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the cutlets until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, torn basil leaves, and a drizzle of olive oil. Toss gently to coat.
Top each cooked chicken cutlet with the tomato mixture and a piece of burrata. Serve immediately.
