Swicy Caramelized Endive on Whipped Burrata Cloud Recipe

  • 4heads endive, halved lengthwise
  • 2 tbsphoney
  • 1 tspred pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 8 ozburrata cheese
  • 1/4 cupheavy cream
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange endive halves cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  2. Drizzle endive with honey, olive oil, then sprinkle with red pepper flakes and salt. Roast for 25 minutes until caramelized.
  3. While endive roasts, whip burrata with heavy cream and lemon juice until light and fluffy. Season with black pepper.
  4. Spread whipped burrata on serving plates and top with caramelized endive. Drizzle with any remaining pan juices.
