Swicy Caramelized Feta with Pistachio & Pomegranate Recipe

A bold blend of sweet and spicy flavors with creamy caramelized feta, crunchy pistachios, and juicy pomegranate seeds.

  • 8 ozblock of feta cheese
  • 2 tbsphoney
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 1/2 tspcrushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cupshelled pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cuppomegranate seeds
  • 1 tspfresh thyme leaves
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Place the feta block in the center of the dish. Drizzle with honey and olive oil, then sprinkle with red pepper flakes and black pepper.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the feta is soft and slightly caramelized on top.
  4. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Top with pistachios, pomegranate seeds, and fresh thyme.
  5. Serve warm with crusty bread or crackers.
