Baked Salmon with Avocado Mash

A simple and healthy baked salmon served with creamy avocado mash.

  • For the Baked Salmon:
  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • For the Avocado Mash:
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder and salt.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until flaky.
  5. Meanwhile, mash avocados with lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  6. Serve salmon with avocado mash.
