1.5 lbs Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
On a large baking sheet, toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
