Cranberry Brie Crostini with Thyme

A festive appetizer featuring creamy Brie, tangy cranberry sauce, and a hint of thyme on crispy baguette rounds.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
  • 8 oz Brie cheese, sliced into small wedges
  • 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 tbsp honey (or hot honey for a kick)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast for 5-7 minutes until lightly golden.
  2. Top each crostini with a wedge of Brie cheese. Return to oven for 3-5 minutes until cheese is softened.
  3. Spoon a small amount of cranberry sauce over each crostini.
  4. Drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh thyme leaves. Serve warm.

Notes

For a spicy twist, use hot honey instead of regular honey.
