Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken with Cheesy Twisted Pasta

A rich and comforting dish featuring juicy garlic parmesan chicken served over a bed of cheesy twisted pasta, perfect for a satisfying weeknight dinner.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until sauce thickens.
  3. Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over each breast. Serve immediately over cooked cheesy twisted pasta.

Notes

For best results, use freshly grated Parmesan. Pasta can be any twisted shape like fusilli or rotini.
