Crispy Flatbread with Brie, Cranberries & Toasted Almonds

A crispy flatbread topped with creamy brie, sweet dried cranberries, and toasted almonds for a perfect appetizer or light meal.

  • For the Flatbread Base:
  • 2 rectangular flatbreads or thin naan breads
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush the flatbreads with melted butter and sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves.
  3. Place the flatbreads directly on the oven racks and bake for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
  4. Remove from the oven and top with brie slices, dried cranberries, and toasted almonds.
  5. Return to the oven for 2-3 minutes until the brie is melted.
  6. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

You can substitute the brie with camembert or goat cheese if desired. Toasted almonds add a nice crunch.
