  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • For the Whipped Lemon Feta:
  • 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • For the Chili Crisp Honey:
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chili crisp
  • For serving:
  • Fresh dill or parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Pat the salmon cubes dry with paper towels. In a bowl, toss with cornstarch, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until evenly coated.
  2. 2. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil. Add salmon cubes in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In a food processor, combine feta, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, and garlic. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  4. 4. In a small bowl, stir together honey and chili crisp until well combined.
  5. 5. To serve, spread whipped lemon feta on a plate. Top with crispy salmon bites and drizzle with chili crisp honey. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

For extra crispiness, ensure salmon pieces are well dried before coating. Adjust chili crisp to your spice preference.
