A healthy, low-carb leaning seafood appetizer! Golden baked handheld crab bites served over a vibrant purple cabbage slaw for that ultimate crunchy seafood and slaw contrast. Every single bite is heavily flooded with a massive, heavy, scroll-stopping thick garlic butter cream drip!

  • 1 lb lump crab meat
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 2 cups shredded purple cabbage
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream or mayonnaise (to thicken)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Build the Flavor Base: In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, mayonnaise, lemon juice, paprika, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper until completely smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold in the Crab: Gently fold the lump crab meat, grated Parmesan, and shredded mozzarella into the wet mixture. Mix lightly so the seafood stays beautifully tender and chunky.
