Mini Phyllo Cups with Brie, Pecans & Cranberry Drizzle

These elegant little appetizers combine creamy Brie, crunchy pecans, and tart cranberry sauce in a crispy phyllo shell. Perfect for holiday entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages (15 count each) mini phyllo shells
  • 8 oz Brie cheese, rind removed and cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (smooth or whole berry)
  • 1/2 cup pecan halves, toasted and roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Arrange mini phyllo shells on a baking sheet.
  3. Place a cube of Brie into each phyllo shell.
  4. Top each with a small spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until Brie is melted and shells are golden.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with toasted pecans.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

Can be assembled ahead and baked just before serving. To toast pecans, spread on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 5-7 minutes until fragrant.
