Pistachio-Crusted Strawberry & Pineapple Skewers with Whipped Feta & Hot Honey

Fresh strawberries and pineapple chunks are skewered, drizzled with honey, and served with a creamy whipped feta dip and hot honey for a sweet and spicy summer appetizer.

  • For the Fruit Skewers:
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 8 wooden skewers
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • For the Whipped Feta:
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Thread strawberries and pineapple chunks onto wooden skewers, alternating fruits.
  2. Drizzle skewers with honey.
  3. In a food processor, combine crumbled feta, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, and black pepper. Process until smooth and creamy.
  4. Serve skewers with whipped feta and hot honey on the side.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute feta with a plant-based feta and cream cheese with vegan cream cheese. Hot honey can be store-bought or homemade by infusing honey with chili flakes.
