This warm, bubbly Three-Cheese Tomato Bruschetta Dip combines the classic flavors of bruschetta with a creamy, cheesy dip. Perfect for parties and game days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 French baguette, sliced and toasted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Spread the mixture evenly into a 9-inch pie plate or small baking dish.
  4. Top the cream cheese mixture with shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, and provolone cheeses.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven and spoon the tomato-basil mixture over the top. Serve immediately with toasted baguette slices.

Notes

For a milder flavor, substitute provolone with more mozzarella. Can also be served with crackers or crostini.
