Warm Brie & Cranberry Walnut Crostini with Hot Honey

These warm brie and cranberry walnut crostini are topped with a drizzle of hot honey for the perfect sweet and spicy appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 ounces brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2–3 tablespoons hot honey
  • fresh thyme for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and toast for 5-7 minutes until lightly golden.
  3. Top each crostini with a slice of brie, a spoonful of cranberry sauce, and a sprinkle of chopped walnuts.
  4. Bake for 5-7 minutes until the brie is melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven and drizzle with hot honey. Garnish with fresh thyme. Serve warm.

Notes

Hot honey can be substituted with regular honey mixed with a pinch of red pepper flakes if needed.
